How to prepare delicious rice.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of rice.
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
- 1 small white onion.
- 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots.
- 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 2 eggs.
- 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions.
Preparation:
- Pour sesame oil in the pan.
- Add white onion,peas and carrots and fry until tender.
- Pour the beaten eggs onto the other side.
- Scramble the eggs and mix with vegetables.
- Add the rice to the veggie and egg mixture.
- Pour the soy sauce on top.
- Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated through and combined.
- Add chopped green onions.
