how to prepare salted crispy chicken.


Ingredients:

Preparation:
  1. Chop the chicken fillets into small pieces.
  2. Mix soya sauce,rice wine,sugar,scallion and ginger.
  3. Mix the chopped chicken fillets with yam flour.
  4. Heat the saucepan and pour sunseed oil into it.
  5. Deep-fry the chopped chicken fillets mixed with yam flour until crispy and brown and remove from the saucepan.
  6. Sprinkle pepper salt.
